Bangin' Beef Stroganoff

Bangin’ Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ lbs top sirloin meat tenderized (1/2 thick)

  •  16oz Sour cream

  • 1 medium onion diced

  • 8oz can mushrooms and stems

  • 12oz egg noodles

    Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp pepper

    • 2 tbsp. salt

Directions

Boil egg noodles to package instructions. Drain. butter noodles.

Melt 2 tbsp. butter. Add onions and mushrooms for 3 minutes on med-high. Set aside.

Add 3 tbsp. butter. Stir in meat. 2 tbsp pepper and 2 tbsp salt. Cook for 7 minutes on med high. Turn down heat to med. Add mushrooms and onions.

Add noodles. Mix together.

Add Sour cream. Mix Thoroughly.


Best fresh after cooking. If needed to heat up, always add a spoonful of sour cream.
